- Payment info: payments are processed by our payment providers (e.g., Wix Payments / Stripe or similar). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Account info: if you create an account, login credentials and preferences.
- Device & usage: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics cookies/pixels used to run and improve the Site.
How we use information
We use information to: process and fulfill orders; provide customer support; send order/shipping updates; improve the Site and products; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with law.
How we share information
We share information with service providers who help us operate the store, including:
- E-commerce & hosting (e.g., Wix)

- Fulfillment / dropshipping partners (e.g., Zendrop and related suppliers) so they can ship your order

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you can form a binding contract.
Products
We sell fitness/exercise equipment, apparel, and related goods. Product images and descriptions are for illustration; minor variations in color, finish, or specs may occur. We may limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at any time before you complete checkout. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout, including shipping and taxes where applicable.
Orders & acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or shipping restrictions). If we cancel after charging you, we will refund the amount charged for that order.
Dropshipping / fulfillment
Some products are fulfilled by third-party partners (including dropshipping suppliers). Title and risk of loss pass according to the shipping terms for your order; we remain responsible for coordinating fulfillment as your seller of record unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Returns

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO AN ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Swanne harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others' rights.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is state or federal courts in King County, Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
